Jayne Wolkenstein, Health & Wellness Coach

After growing up in England I moved to the United States at 30 years old, where I made a life-changing decision to shift away from my background working in the restaurant industry and pursue a career in the healing arts. I went back to school and trained as a licensed massage therapist, building a fulfilling career while raising three wonderful children and managing a busy home life.

For over two decades, I dedicated myself to helping others through therapeutic bodywork, specializing in techniques like manual lymphatic drainage to support inflammation, circulation, and relaxation. Yet, around the age of 50, I began noticing my own health shifting — extra weight, high blood pressure and cholesterol, persistent inflammation, and rising fatigue. Like many caregivers, I found myself always looking after others while quietly putting my own needs last.

In my later 50s, as an empty nester I finally took a pause. I recognized the toll that years of busyness and stress had taken on my body. I made the decision to step away from massage and fully invest in my own healing journey. This led me to study Functional Nutrition, Reiki and Health and Wellness Coaching, where I discovered the power of addressing the root causes of illness, building nourishing habits, and reconnecting with my body’s wisdom.

Today, as a certified Health and Wellness Coach, I specialize in helping people navigate their own health transformations. I combine evidence-based functional nutrition, practical behavior change strategies, and a holistic understanding of body systems to guide my clients toward sustainable energy, balanced weight, and a renewed sense of vitality.

I understand firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the demands of life, and how powerful it can be to reclaim your health. My mission is to help you reconnect with your well-being, restore balance, and feel empowered in your own skin—no matter your age or starting point.
