Jane Wolkenstein, LMT, became a massage therapist in 1998 after realizing that she wanted to help people while also working flexible hours. Trained at the Swedish Institute in medical massage and shiatsu, Jane began her massage career focusing on infant and prenatal massage by working with mothers and their infants. As her own children grew, she transitioned to working with adults at various massage centers specializing in deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and manual lymphatic drainage.
