Catherine McCormack

Catherine was introduced to reiki over 30 years ago, as she was raising her young family. As the years ensued, she continued her studies and training, and earned the Master Level of the Usui System of Reiki Healing in 2012, and the Karuna Reiki Master Level in 2014.
 

In addition to reiki, Catherine pursued her studies in medical reflexology, and earned her Medical Reflexologist Degree from the International Academy of Medical Reflexology in 2013.
 

After many years of full-time employment in the corporate world, she decided to take an early retirement and pursue her life-long dream as a holistic support therapist.  Her decision coincided with the immobilization of the global community due to the covid-19 pandemic.  During these challenging days of post covid-19, she believes reflexology and reiki can be of great benefit, as we all ease our way back to a more balanced lifestyle.
